I am a Washington State Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LF61480249), a Professional Member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and an Accredited Member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (M17734).

Education

I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA and my Master of Arts degree in Individual, Couple and Family Therapy from Antioch University in Seattle, WA. I engage in regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development via trainings and conferences. 

Experience

I have been practicing psychotherapy in a professional setting since 2018. I founded Middle Way Therapy PLLC in Issaquah, WA in 2020. I have been fully accredited to practice in Ireland since 2024 and founded Middle Way Counselling and Psychotherapy in Gorey, Co. Wexford in 2025.
