I am a Washington State Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LF61480249), a Professional Member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and an Accredited Member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (M17734).

Education

I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA and my Master of Arts degree in Individual, Couple and Family Therapy from Antioch University in Seattle, WA. I engage in regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development via trainings and conferences.

I have been practicing psychotherapy in a professional setting since 2018 and founded Middle Way Therapy as a private practice in 2020. I have been internationally credentialed, accredited to practice in both the United States and Ireland, since 2024.
